This notice describes the current RC Realty website, operated under the name Rakesh Chaudhary Realty. It explains what happens when you browse, use the enquiry form or choose your cookie preferences.

Please tell us what information or interaction your request relates to. Do not include sensitive documents in an initial enquiry.

2. The enquiry form

The enquiry form collects your name, phone number, preferred location, property type, the listing you selected (if any) and an optional message. When you submit it, this information is sent to and stored by Formspree, a third-party form processing service, which then forwards it to RC Realty by email. Formspree processes this submission on our behalf and has its own privacy policy describing how it handles and retains data. Your browser may separately offer autofill or restore form fields when you navigate, according to your browser settings.

Submitting the form creates a real enquiry: RC Realty will use the details you share to get in touch about your property search. For anything urgent, call RC Realty directly instead.

3. Calls and direct enquiries

If you contact us by phone or in person, you choose what to share. Information relevant to your property requirement may be used to discuss that enquiry and follow up with you. You can ask us what information we hold about your enquiry, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. We will review the request and explain any information that must be retained for a lawful reason. This website does not record calls or copy information from your phone.

4. Cookies and your choices

The website sets a first-party preference cookie named rc_cookie_consent only after you choose “Accept” or “Necessary only”. It stores your choice, expires after 180 days and contains no contact details. Both choices currently allow the same necessary preference storage: there are no analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

You can reopen the choices below or from the footer. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. If your browser blocks the preference cookie, the notice may appear again. Accepting today does not authorise any future analytics or advertising service.

5. Browsing information and external services

The website does not install analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts use your device’s available fonts, and site images are served with the website. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser details, to deliver and protect the service. Submitting the enquiry form sends your details to Formspree, described above. Google Maps opens only when you choose the directions link. Both services have their own privacy practices. Telephone links open your device’s calling application.

6. Retention and security

Enquiry form submissions are retained by Formspree and by RC Realty’s email inbox until deleted; contact us to request deletion of an enquiry you submitted. The preference cookie lasts up to 180 days unless you clear or replace it. Avoid entering financial account details, identity documents or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.

7. Changes to this notice

This notice will need to reflect any changes to the website’s data practices, including a live enquiry service or analytics. The updated date will change when the notice changes. New optional tracking would require a separate choice before it is enabled.
